Miniclip is looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP with a strong focus on Employee Central to join our People team in our studio in Porto Salvo, Lisbon, Portugal. The position supports our international Studios.
This person will play a key role in centralizing support requests from all SuccessFactors module users, gathering business requirements, and understanding how the system works to propose effective enhancements and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central module, and be collaborating with users and business stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with People processes and business objectives. Additionally, the role involves managing the relationship with our AMS (Application Management Services) support partner, ensuring service levels are met and the system runs smoothly across all business functions.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
Centralized Support and Request Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for all SuccessFactors-related support requests from all HRIS users across various modules, centralizing and prioritizing these requests for resolution.
o Gather and analyse business requirements and enhancement requests from different teams, ensuring their needs are understood and communicated effectively to internal and external teams.
o Coordinate and manage incoming support requests, providing timely solutions or directing them to the appropriate resources, including the AMS support partner.
o Work closely with People Team and other departments to identify and document system issues or areas for improvement, ensuring all requests are captured, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
System Enhancement Proposals:
o Leverage a deep understanding of SuccessFactors to propose effective enhancements and solutions based on business needs and user feedback.
o Collaborate with People, IT, and other stakeholders to identify gaps in functionality and propose solutions that will improve system efficiency, usability, and user experience.
o Ensure that any proposed enhancements align with organizational goals and comply with best practices and industry standards.
o Prepare and deliver recommendations for system changes or improvements based on the feedback received from module users and system performance analysis.
AMS Support Partner Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary POC between the organization and the AMS support partner for SuccessFactors support and issue resolution.
o Manage the day-to-day relationship with the AMS provider, ensuring that SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met.
o Monitor AMS performance and escalate issues or concerns to ensure that resolutions are timely and in line with the agreed-upon support frameworks.
o Coordinate the delivery of support, updates, and incident management with the AMS partner, ensuring minimal business disruption.
o Facilitate regular review meetings with the AMS support partner, documenting key outcomes, action items, and follow-ups to maintain strong operational performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with functional teams, People, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure that SuccessFactors configurations and functionalities align with organizational objectives.
o Maintain effective communication channels with all SuccessFactors users, ensuring their needs are addressed, and provide timely updates on support request statuses and system improvements.
o Actively participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights on system capabilities, and ensure that the system supports current and future business needs.
Reporting and Data Management:
o Generate and analyse reports from SuccessFactors to support People and business decision-making processes.
o Monitor and manage data quality within Employee Central, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee data in the system.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. (Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.)
Experience:
5+ years of experience working with or managing SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong emphasis on Employee Central.
Proven experience in gathering business requirements, managing support requests, and proposing system enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
Experience managing relationships with AMS partners or external service providers, ensuring effective issue resolution and meeting service levels.
Experience in managing SuccessFactors integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., Payroll, LMS) is a plus.
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects and system maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, and how they support People processes.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors Story Reports.
Understanding of data security and privacy regulations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose solutions based on system capabilities and user needs.
Other Skills:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
Experience managing cross-functional relationships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with data migration, system integrations, and testing.
